By submitting an application, participants and their parents/legal guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Liability Waiver
By submitting an application to the Stella Unica International Young Artist Competition, participants and their parents/legal guardians acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk.
The Competition, its Organizing Committee, jury members, volunteers, sponsors, venue providers, and affiliated organizations shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, travel disruption, illness, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances arising from participation in the Competition, Winners’ Concert, Award Ceremony, or related activities.
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, accommodations, insurance coverage, visas, and personal property.
By completing the registration process, participants and their parents/legal guardians agree to release and hold harmless the Stella Unica International Young Artist Competition and its representatives from any and all claims or liabilities related to participation in the event.
Photo, Video & Media Release
By registering for the Competition, participants and their parents/legal guardians grant permission to the Stella Unica International Young Artist Competition to photograph, record, livestream, and otherwise capture participants' performances, interviews, rehearsals, concerts, award ceremonies, and related activities.
The Competition reserves the right to use such photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, names, biographies, photographs, and competition results for educational, promotional, archival, publicity, marketing, website, social media, print, and advertising purposes without additional consent or compensation.
Results and Publicity
Participants agree that their names, teachers' names, cities, countries, photographs, and competition results may be published on the Competition website, social media platforms, concert programs, press releases, and promotional materials.
Force Majeure
The Competition shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, venue changes, technical failures, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, acts of war, transportation disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In the event of such circumstances, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify schedules, procedures, deadlines, formats, awards, concert arrangements, or other aspects of the Competition as deemed necessary.
